Ingredients
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of cornmeal
1/4 cup of white sugar
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup of milk
1 egg
16 wooden skewers
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 (16-ounce) packages of beef hot dogs
1 quart of vegetable oil for frying
Flour for dusting

Directions
