Honey Bun Cheesecake
Ingredients:
4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
6 honey buns
2 cups whipped cream
1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper. This will help to prevent the cheesecake from sticking to the pan.
Arrange the honey buns on the bottom of the prepared pan, creating a crust for the cheesecake.
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger. Mix until smooth and creamy.
